Applications are now being accepted for the Caux Interns Programme in Summer 2012! The Caux Interns Programme (CIP) is seeking young leaders who are interested in exploring the connection between personal and global change.

Taking place at the Caux Conference Centre in Switzerland, the Interns Programme uses service experiences and a parallel training program to offer a unique experience that challenges the way we look at the world and our role in it.

The Interns Programme, in both the service and training components, is based on leadership-building and community-building. The workshops are designed to provide the Interns with the tools and encouragement for their personal and collective initiatives that are grounded in an application of personal values and standards. The service experiences offer the Interns an opportunity for practical application of what they explore in the workshops.
